Message from Professor Karlheinz Stockhausen
What a screwy mess this was. I realize 9/11 doesn’t seem as pertinent in 2006 but this apparent statement did tremendous harm to one of the most important composers of the last century. Stockhausen and Iannis Xenakis are two of my major influences in my own music and I push their appreciation whenever possible.
